These terms cover how you use this website and the quotes and services we offer through it. Using the site means you're happy with them.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are a guide. The final price for any repair or for buying your device is confirmed in store after we've seen it — some faults aren't clear until we open the device up. We'll always tell you the price before we start any work.

Enquiries through the website

Sending an enquiry through the form doesn't create a booking or a contract — it starts a conversation. We'll get back to you to confirm what we can do and what it costs. Please give us accurate details so we can quote properly.

Repairs

We aim to repair your device as described and within the time we quote, but some repairs throw up further faults once opened. If that happens we'll contact you before doing anything extra. Repairs are covered by our warranty, which sets out what is and isn't included. We recommend backing up your device before any repair.

Selling your device to us

Buyback prices are confirmed by an in-store check of the device's condition and that it isn't lost, stolen or blocked. You'll need valid photo ID to sell a device to us. We may decline to buy a device we can't verify.

This website

We keep the site as accurate and available as we reasonably can, but we don't guarantee it's always error-free or up to date on every price. The Tech Geek Feltham name, logo and content are ours; please don't copy them without asking.
