Our repair warranty

Every repair is backed by a warranty on the parts and labour we provide — 3 months on screen replacements and 6 months on batteries.

What's covered

  • Screen replacements — 3 months on the parts and labour we supplied.
  • Battery replacements — 6 months on the parts and labour we supplied.
  • Faults with the part we fitted, or with our workmanship.

What's not covered

  • Accidental damage after the repair — drops, cracks, bends or crushing.
  • Liquid or water damage (liquid-damage repairs carry no warranty except on any parts we replaced).
  • Damage from a third party opening or repairing the device after us.
  • Software issues, wear and tear, or pre-existing faults unrelated to our repair.

How to claim

If something isn't right with a repair we did, bring the device back to the shop with your receipt (or the phone number you gave us) and we'll take a look. If it's covered, we'll put it right — repair or replace the part — at no extra cost.

Your data stays safe

We don't need passwords for screen replacement — for your peace of mind, your data stays secure.

Your photos, apps, and data remain completely safe. We never access your personal information.

We still recommend backing up your device before any repair, just in case.
