Returns & refund policy

This policy covers products you buy from us in store. It sits alongside your legal rights — it doesn't replace them. Repairs are covered separately by our warranty.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something you bought is faulty, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we'll repair or replace a faulty item; where that isn't possible, a refund may apply.
Refurbished & second-hand products
We warranty our refurbished and second-hand products against manufacturing defects and hardware faults: refurbished phones carry a 90-day warranty, refurbished laptops a 60-day warranty, and refurbished accessories a 30-day warranty. "Satisfactory quality" for pre-owned goods takes account of the age, price paid and condition described at the time of sale.
Change of mind & restocking
If you change your mind, we may accept a return as a goodwill gesture at our discretion. A restocking charge of up to 20% may apply, and we can't refund custom-ordered or specially sourced items. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, we process it within 14 days of the return being accepted, to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to arrange an exchange where the item and its condition allow.
Collecting your device
Devices left with us for repair should be collected within 30 days of the repair being completed (or of us notifying you, whichever is earlier). After that a storage fee of £5 per day may apply, and devices uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of, recycled or sold to recover outstanding charges.
